Data Deletion Instructions

These instructions apply to all authentication methods: email/password, Google Sign-In, Facebook Login, and other social providers.

Option A - Email request

1. Send an email to privacy@toyplanet.ge.
2. Use subject: "Data Deletion Request".
3. Include the email/account used on ToyPlanet.

Option B - Remove app access from provider

You can remove ToyPlanet app access from the provider settings (Google/Facebook/etc.). This stops future sharing, but to delete existing ToyPlanet data you should still use Option A.

Processing time

We usually process deletion requests within 7 business days. Some financial/accounting records may be retained when legally required.

What will be deleted

• Account profile data
• Social authentication identifiers (if any)
• Marketing communication data (if any)
