1. Overview
ToyPlanet delivers across Georgia. Delivery times and fees depend on the destination and the chosen method, so the final price is always shown at checkout, calculated from your address and cart total.
After you place the order, you will receive a confirmation email with the estimated delivery date. The courier will contact you when the parcel is out for delivery.
2. Rates and timeframes
The table below shows our live rates — it updates automatically when the admin panel changes. "Free over" means the minimum order subtotal that qualifies for free shipping.

3. Order processing
- Orders placed before 16:00 typically start processing the same day
- Weekends and public holidays are not counted as processing days
- During promotional periods standard delivery may take longer
- The courier picks up the parcel from our warehouse after stock verification
4. Restrictions
- Bulky or heavy items may carry an additional fee, shown at checkout
- Mountainous or hard-to-reach regions may add 1-2 business days
- Conflict zones or otherwise inaccessible areas are excluded
- ToyPlanet may modify or suspend delivery during force-majeure events
5. Order tracking
Track your order from your "My Orders" page. The courier will reach out on the phone number you provided once delivery starts.
